ZAGREB (Croatia), October 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian company Razvoj Golf has secured a location permit for the development of the Golf Park Dubrovnik project, of the country's construction ministry data indicated.
The project covers the development of a sports and recreational centre with an 18- and a nine-hole golf course and accompanying facilities.
The location permit, dated October 12, covers relevant infrastructure works such as the reconstruction of an access road, the construction of a water supply system and the replacement of a transmission line,the construction ministry data showed.
In August 2013, a spokesperson for Razvoj Golf told SeeNews that the municipal authorities had voted in favor of an urban plan that supports the construction of the 6.5 billion kuna ($967.9 million/852.9 million euro) golf complex to be located on the Srdj plateau the northeast of the town.
The golf complex is planned to cover over 300 ha of land. It envisages the construction of 240 villas, 408 apartments and two hotels along with two golf courses, a recreational park on 60 hectares as well as numerous sports facilities.
