The company Razvoj golf d.o.o. is registered at the Commercial Court in Zagreb, with its headquarters located at Miramarska 24, 10000 Zagreb. The capital amounts 19,377,000 HRK, paid in cash.

The company was founded in October 2006., and since then it has been working on the development of the project of building a golf course with supporting facilities on the site Dubrovnik - Srđ.

Razvoj Golf d.o.o. manages the project of the Golf Park Dubrovnik on Srđ, which is worth 6.5 billion Kunas. The project provides many sports and tourist facilities such as: Greg Norman PGA Signature golf course with 18 holes and a 9-hole course, Greg Norman Golf Academy, two hotels, 240 villas and 408 suites, an amphitheatre, equestrian club, parks, promenades and numerous other public facilities.
Razvoj Golf d.o.o. is responsible for all activities and in this respect is officially authorised for all documents required for this project; location permits, building permits and all approvals by the public and other governments. Also, in terms of the foregoing, the Razvoj Golf company is the holder of all marketing and sales activities.
