Fort Imperial - we started with the Building permit process
By submitting the complete Building permit documentation, Razvoj golf fulfilled its obligation from the Concession Contract.
By submitting the complete Building permit documentation with the documentation of the associated requirements, Razvoj golf joined the process of obtaining the Building permit for the reconstruction of the Fort Imperial.
Company Razvoj golf, a representative of the Investor in the developing of the Project of the sports and recreation center with a golf course on Srđ, today has deliver the complete Building permit documentation for reconstruction of the Fort Imperial with all the appended requirements of public administrative authorities, to the City of Dubrovnik. Also, the procedure of obtaining the confirmation documentation is initiated by handing over complete project documentation, from all competent authorities conditioned by the Location permit, with goal to obtain the necessary permit as soon as possible. ‘’Razvoj Golf, with this action has fulfilled one more of theirs contractual obligations of the Concession Contract and entered into the process of submitting for the Building permit for the reconstruction of the Fort Imperial, and we believe that the City of Dubrovnik will do their part" says Ivan Kusalić, proxy of the company.
In the process of developing documents for the reconstruction of the Fort Imperial, Razvoj golf was working closely with the Ministry of Culture and Heritage Department in Dubrovnik and Razvoj golf made all the necessary research, produced conservation study and all required documentation, which satisfied all the conditions that were set in front of them. By adopting the UPU and the concept of golf, the City of Dubrovnik has took certain obligations upon themself, for example; a part of the future public parks and infrastructure and accordingly, we expect that all the City Services take active part in the realization of this valuable Project. Razvoj golf currently is working on the design and preparation of documents for the facilities of the first phase, which includes a large part of the infrastructure, roads, golf courses, and public facilities, public parks ect. Also, we are working rapidly on the preparation of project documentation for the reconstruction and construction of ‘House Bosanka’, which will be the future administration building of the Golf Park Dubrovnik. If all goes according to deadlines, start of the construction is expected in October this year, at the latest, and in order to achieve that, it is necessary to have full and timely cooperation between the City administration and institutions with the investor. Company Razvoj golf fulfillis all steps in business and development of the project within the set deadlines and in accordance with the instructions of the City of Dubrovnik, Republic of Croatia and legal regulations, and we believe that all parties involved in the Project will do the same. In the construction phase, needed jobs places will be open and the reconstructed Fort Imperial, the new War Museum and golf course on Srđ will become inevitable attraction that will be a significant new source of income for the City and the County.
After obtaining the Location permit, the first Building permit issued by the Ministry of Construction for the road with infrastructure, Razvoj golf has obtained at the end of last year. A major recognition and confirmation of the Project comes from UNESCO, which has given green light to the Project. "Positive UNESCO opinion for us was expected because Razvoj golf from the beginning of the project planning and by preparation of all studies, entirely developed the Project by respecting the valuable heritage of Dubrovnik and the strict criteria that have been set in front of us by Croatian law and local authorities ," said Ivan Kusalić .
With this procedure Razvoj golf has fulfilled one more in a series of obligations in a purpose of quick and fast development of the Project, and at this point, any further tempo of project development depends on cooperation with the City of Dubrovnik.
